The Role

The Graphic Designer at OneBot.co.uk is a pivotal contributor to our brand identity, marketing strategies, and overall visual communication. This dynamic role requires a creative mind, an eye for detail, and proficiency in design tools. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial part in collaborating with the Marketing team to bring our brand to life across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualise and create compelling visuals for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Design marketing collateral such as data sheets, eBooks, animations, promotional artwork; ensuring a consistent and visually appealing representation of our products and services.
  • Take a lead role in proposal design, transforming complex information into visually engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • Work on website graphics to enhance user experience and convey information effectively.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects in a variety of mediums.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience in video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Experience in product interface design and UX/UI principles would allow the role to expand into other areas of the business but isn’t essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Brackets

We publish skills and attributes matrix to all employees, allowing for open and transparent position, and pay discussions. No matter where you work in Onebot, you will know what we expect and what to expect from others. Using the published skills and attribute matrix, employees have a clear path to follow to earn a promotion or pay rise.

Team leads will host annual pay reviews with all employees, providing a platform for the less confident employees to discuss pay without feeling stressed.

Your starting salary will be based on your experience and the skills you can provide.

Salary £28,000 – £39,000

Additional Information
